About the Project
Description:
A new 169,410 SF courthouse with 14 courtrooms, which replaced all six court facilities in Yolo County. The new five-story courthouse includes support space for court administration, court clerk, court security operations and holding, building support space, separate circulation systems for the public, judges and staff, and secure circulation for detainees. Secure parking, sallyport and in-custody holding are located at the basement level, with parking to support the courthouse provided on-site. This project is LEED Silver certified and has won multiple awards.
