Description:
A project consisting of nine new structures totaling approximately 64,500 SF. Buildings include a firehouse/classroom building, apparatus building, hanger building training tower, burn building, storage, underground search and rescue (USAR)/BART structure, covered break area and entry building. Work includes site landscape improvements, parking lot, dry and wet utility lines, liquefied petroleum gas distribution, above-ground storage tank, rooftop photovoltaic system on three buildings and other miscellaneous work. The project is anticipating LEED Silver certification.
